Add VOC Records to Personnel Profiles

Uploading VOC records can only be undertaken by either the Assessor who completed the assessment or by the Assessor’s company’s MyPass portal Administrator

To upload a VOC Record

  1. Search for the worker
  2. Select the worker’s digital profile
  3. Scroll down to Certifications and select the yellow ”+” Plus symbol

  4. Search for the VOC Assessment category by code or keyword
  5. Select the VOC Assessment category
  6. Select Next
  7. Select Add

  8. Select the Upload arrow

  9. Upload only the first two pages of the Assessment
  10. Select Save
