The Certifications feature in MyPass allows you to add or manage your own certifications and the Libraries page in the Settings tab allows you to add or manage libraries.
There are two categories of certifications in MyPass:
- Nationally Recognised Certifications
These are certificates that are provided by national/ international training bodies that are recognised by the industry standards. These certificates are held in the MyPass Libary and verified by MyPass.
- These certificates will be visible to anyone across the industry who has access to the personnel's Digital Passport.
- Business Owned Certifications
These are certificates that are specific to the business and are not nationally recognised as industry standards. This could include but not limited to VOCs, Inductions, in-house training, medicals, police clearance results. These Certificates are held in the business portal library.
- These certificates are only visible to the business and the personnel in their Digital Passport.
