Completing eLearning Courses

The required eLearning Courses will appear on your MyPass Skills Passport. Simply log on and launch the course.

  1. Head to https://passport.mypassglobal.com/login and log in using your MyPass credentials.
  2. On the Home Screen (Dashboard View) you will see all the courses assigned to your profile. Click on a course. This will take you to the eLearning Portal and will automatically load the course for you.

  3. Once in the eLearning Portal, please launch the course.

  4. Some browsers may block the pop-ups for the course. If this occurs – please select the Launch course option that appears.

  5. As part of the course, there may be other features that require you to select start or commence thereafter.
  6. We strongly suggest not to skip anything, instead read all the information and play each slide or video fully and provide correct answers to all questions for you to proceed to the next slide of the course.
Note: Don't leave the course idle for a long time - it will get timed out.
  7. Click the Next button to proceed to the next slide and make sure to click Save & Exit after completing the course. Clicking the Save & Exit will also save the progress of the eLearning course.

  8. Upon completion of the course, your certificates will be automatically posted to your MyPass Skills Passport. This may take a few minutes to appear. You can click the name of the course to see your certificate.
