Support Portal

Overview

The MyPass support portal allows you to view/search our Knowledge Base (product documentation), chat with our friendly support team, raise support tickets and view support tickets raised previously by either yourself or other colleagues within your organisation.


Knowledge Base

Use the Solutions page to access our Knowledge Base. This includes FAQ's, release notes and documentation for all of the MyPass functionality


Chat with our Support Team

In the bottom right corner, you will see the following chat image


Clicking on this allows you to open up a chat with one of our friendly support team members


Login / Signup

In order to view or raise tickets, you will need to login to your account

If you do not already have an account, please email support@mypassglobal.com asking for a MyPass Support Portal account to be created for you.

 - You will then receive an email with a link to activate your account and setup your password

 - Once you have completed this step you will be able to login and raise / view your tickets


Raise a Ticket

Support tickets can be raised by either completing the form here or by sending an email to support@mypassglobal.com


View Tickets

Existing tickets can be found here. Click on a ticket to view all the related details and communications. 




If you wish to be able to see tickets raised by other colleagues within your organisation, please submit a ticket to get this setup on your account
