Here are the common terms used in MyPass and their meaning.
Affiliate - BP that is connected or associated to another BP for purpose of sharing resource pools
Asset Owner (AO) - BP that will be engaging with multiple Service Providers also known as contractors.
Business Partners (BP) - also called Client, are the companies/organisations in MyPass.
Classification - can be found in the Personnel profile below the name, used for matching and in search field. This filed can be updated by the BP admin in bp portal or personnel in the Digital passport
Personnel - workers, volunteers, carers, or persons with Digital Passport.
Position - can be set up in Skills Matrix along with its corresponding requirements. It is used for assigning compliance position in Personnel tab and role requirements in Project role tab.
Project - is a job, site, or resource that requires personnel to be recruited or mobilised.
Resource Pool or Pool - a group or folder-like of personnel profiles.
Role - can be setup in Project tab. It is used to specify the personnel title or skill required for the Project.
Role Tracking Template (RTT) - can be created in Settings, RTT is a customisable Columns and Sub Buckets to be added to Project.
Service Providers (SP) - also called Supplier, Vendor or Contractor, BP that is using MyPass to engage with their own personnel for an AO.
Skills Matrix or Matrices - list of positions and requirements for recruitment (Project Roles) or Compliance (Compliance Position).
Sub-Contractor - BP that is using MyPass to engage with their own personnel for an AO in behalf of another SP or Contractor.
Ticket -
In Customer Support, ticket is a card in the Support Portal (Hubspot). It could be an email sent to support@mypassglobal.com, or one created through a Hubspot form.
In Verification, ticket is certificate, licence, or any qualification uploaded into a personnel digital passport.
Asset - this is the business unit that is a core source of works to be completed. It is typically a site or location. The projects are grouped by assets and each project is attached to an asset. The assets have an associated matrix which is fed through to the project.
Clients - these are the Asset owners that an SP provides services for through projects
Suppliers - these are the SPs that provide a service for the owner of the asset through projects
