MyPass Users and Permissions

27 STEPS
1. The first step is to open MyPass and click Settings.
2. Then, click Users.
3. Click highlight or the + button.
4. Click Email address field.
5. Click First Name field.
6. Click Last Name field.
7. Click Notifications Language field.
Select the appropriate language either English / English for English Users.
8. Or Spanish / Español for Spanish Users.
9. Then, click highlight or the Next button.
10. Click highlight to assign user group permission.
11. Then, click Save.
12. To edit the status of a User, click highlight or the ellipsis icon next to the email address.
13. Then, click highlight or Edit.
14. Click Active to set it to Active.
15. It shows that the Status is now Active.
16. Or click Disabled to deactivate a user account.
17. It shows that the Status is now Disabled.
18. Then, click Save.
19. To assign or update a user group permission, click highlight or the ellipsis icon.
20. Click highlight or the Assign User Groups button.
21. Click highlight or the specific user group permission that you would like to assign.
22. Then, click highlight or Save button.
23. To resend an invitation, click highlight or the ellipsis icon.
24. Click highlight or the Resend Invitation button.
25. Open mail.google and look for the email with subject line: Get started with MyPass...
26. Scroll down and click Get Started.
27. That's it. You're done.
