1. The first step is to open MyPass and click Verification. The total number of pending verifications will be displayed. In this example we have 2 pending verifications.

2. Click Pending.

3. You can filter by Pending: Verifications that need to be completed. Approved: Verified and approved certifications, OR Rejected: Certifications that have been reviewed but have not passed the verification process.

4. You can search by Personnel name/ Certification / Position.
|
5. You can view by All verifications or by verifications that have been assigned to you.
|
6. By clicking on the ellipsis you can: Assign to a User, Assign to yourself, OR View the personnel profile.

7. The document that needs to be verified is summarised here. The personnel's name, the certificate name, the upload status, who it is assigned to and the upload date of the certificate on MyPass.

8. Click on the personnel's name to view the verification.
|
9. The extract fields will pre fill the fields on the left with any text detected.
|
10. Reference: Certificate, document, registration, licence number.
|
11. This is the organisation that issued the certificate.
|
12. Issue Date: Issue or completion date of the training. Some tickets don't indicate the issue date, you may just skip this if not indicated on the attached document.

13. Expiry Date: The date when the certificate will expire. You may just skip this if not indicated on the attached document.

14. Click Approve if you are satisfied with the document.
|
15. If you would like to undo a verification: Click Undo Approval.
|
16. Click Yes.
|
17. Click Reject if you are not satisfied with the document.
|
18. You will need to provide a reason for the rejection. This will be visible on the certificate details when viewing the personnel profile certificate section.
|
19. Click Next.
|
20. Select who will be notified.
|
21. Click Notify.
|
22. Click Undo Rejection if you would like to redo the verification process.
|
23. Click Yes.
|
24. That's it. You've now completed the verification of the internal certificates.
