Viewing and Managing Roles

Roles in your MyPass Skills Passport provide you with a breakdown of all the roles that you have been associated with. To view your roles, click Roles in the left navigation panel.

 

Under My Roles, you see a series of tabs that are organised according to status.

  • Active relates to the roles that you have been confirmed for. 
  • Invited are the roles that you have been invited to apply for. 
  • Applied are the roles that you have applied to. You can apply through the project invitation that your employer has created.
  • Offered are the roles that you have applied for and been successfully offered the role. Finalise the offer by clicking the role and accepting the offer.
  • Proposed are the roles that you have been proposed to.
  • Archived are the roles that have been inactive or have ended.

 

Select a role to see key details and a list of all the required certificates. This section may include additional information, such as links to the hiring company’s systems and contact details of site supervisors. 

Under the Available Roles tab, you can see if any roles are published to a resource pool that you are part of.


Click on the listed available role to apply.
