      How to Introduce MyPass to Personnel

      Before sending the invite, notify your team and personnel that you will be using MyPass and expect an email inviting them to MyPass. Here's a draft of an email to help you do this.

      Hi INSERT NAME,

       

      For all projects moving forward, we will be moving to a new online platform called MyPass Global, a secure online hub where you can store and manage all your work-related documentation.

      To get you started we have set up an initial profile for you. To activate this, you will need to do the following:

      1. You will receive an email from MyPass Global inviting you to join the platform which you will need to accept.
      2. Then upload your latest quals and certificates to the platform, ensuring they are up to date.
      3. The team at MyPass Global will then verify your documents and confirm with you directly when this is complete.
