Role Matches and Role Management

MyPass offers the ability to post job roles and find matching personnel for your projects. You can quickly post the role by filling a form with essential roles and project details. After you post the role, MyPass filters the personnel profiles matching your requirements and shows them on the Project Dashboard. You can also edit the job role from the Project Dashboard.

1. The first step is to open MyPass and click Projects.

2. With your mouse, hover highlight.

3. Click Roles to view all the roles in the project.

4. This is an additional optional feature. It enables to limit the individual who can be confirmed to only workers whose profiles have been validated by providing an identity document that has been verified by MyPass.

5. Select a role to manage that role.

6. Click Matches.

7. This is the resource pool that the personnel are being being pulled from.

8. All My Personnel will display all the personnel.

9. The filter can be set and used by classification and requirements. 

It is advisable to filter by classification as the classifications can limit the matches.

11. Matches:

Matches are personnel profiles that match the required skills for the role. As soon as a role is posted with necessary details, MyPass automatically identifies matching profiles and shows them in this tab.

12. All the personnel are always sorted from highest compliance match to lowest.

13. The availability and calendar of the personnels can also be viewed with the level of percentage match to the role.

14. The personnel can be moved into different buckets.

Note: The personnel cannot be invited if they have not accepted the invite with a new profile. You cannot propose or confirm personnel with an existing profile who has not accepted your invite.

15. Invited:

These are personnel to whom you have sent an email to view the job posting. You can select one or more personnel from the Matches and select Invite or from the Following stages to send them automated emails.

16. Applied:

This is where the personnel is placed when they apply for the job through MyPass. This is where to look for personnel who are wanting to be selected for the posted roles.

17. Shortlisted:

These are personnel who have been shortlisted because they meet the role requirements.

18. Followup:

Personnel in Followup require follow-up (for example, you have requested information from them or have asked them to upload specific documentation).

19. Offered:

These are the personnel that you have made an offer to and they haven't yet accepted it. These workers will receive an email offering them the role and will automatically move into the Confirmed bucket if they accept.

20. Proposed:

These are personnel who have accepted for a role and will require approval by your client. These will now be visible to your client.

21. Confirmed:

These are personnel who have been accepted for the role.

22. Removed:

These are personnel who are removed from the recruitment pipeline. The personnel can be rejected at any stage in the recruitment after they apply for the role by moving them to the Removed bucket.

23. Scroll down and click highlight.

25. You can manage your role and make any updates.

28. Update details of the role as per the requirement.

29. The role can be shared with external and internal candidates.

30. Open to Public: 
This will allow you to post externally.

31. This will allow sharing with internal candidates and will appear in their Digital Passport to apply for the role.

32. A role can be deleted if there is no data associated with the role.

33. That's it. You've now managed to match and manage roles.
