Set Up Resource Request Email Notifications
Get an email notification as soon as you receive a resource request from a client. Add the email addresses of your admins to the notification field to get an automated notification from MyPass when a client issues a resource request.
User permissions needed:
Access to the Settings > Profile section of the industry portal.
To set up notification emails:
- From Settings, go to My Organisation and click Profile.
- Select Click to add notification email(s). Then click Add email.
- Enter the admin’s email address, and select the notification language (English or Spanish). Click Add.
- To add additional admin email addresses, repeat steps 2-3.
- When you have added all admins who should receive email notifications, click Save.
The email notification includes the name of the client, the name of the resource request and a link to the resource request in MyPass.
